A small but competitive group of sailors representing 4 countries competed in the recent South American championship held at Yacht Club Punta del Este, Uruguay, December 10-12. Brazilians Andre Fonseca with Marco Grael crewing, won the Championship besting local Uruguyans Santiago Silviera and Phillipp Umpierre with Chileans Pablo Herman and Luis Felipe Herman with the bronze. The 2 Argentine teams of Matias Eurnekian/Daniel Pierrard and Francisco Piccini/Juan Correa rounded out the competition. Final Results
