How are you? Getting ready for the 2016 Junior World Championships 49er/49erFX? We are quite busy with all the preparations and we’re way too excited to get started in Lelystad! In this newsletter you’ll find information about the accommodation, lunch/dinner and the location.
Accommodation
Don’t have an accommodation yet? Get a spot on our camping for just €3,- per person per night. You can bring your tent or camper. Please make your reservation. If a camping doesn’t fit your needs, you can also check out the Apollo Hotel in the city centre of Lelystad. We will have a special arrangement later this month. Click here to check the availability. If you would like to bring your own boat and sleep in the Bataviahaven. We have a special price for you: €7,- per week per meter. Just let the Harbour Office know you’re a 49er 😉
Lunch and dinner
On race days it is possible to order lunch and dinner at ‘Restaurant Bataviahaven’, a quality restaurant directly in the harbour. Both lunch and dinner will be served as a buffet. You can reserve your lunch and dinner by sending an e-mail to info@restaurantbataviahaven.nl. Please let them know the dates and the amount of persons. Costs are around €20,- per person per day for both meals.
Location
The Bataviahaven Lelystad have been host for some impressive sailing events in the past few year. Both the World Match Racing Tour and the Red Bull Foiling Generation have been held in the luxurious harbour. Both organisations were very enthusiastic.
