OLYMPIC GENNAKERS NOW ALLOWED
ISAF and the 49er Class have approved the use of Olympic Gennakers. This rule in is effect April 14, 2009. Amendment 2 Rule: Class Rule G.5.3 Amendment: Add new G.5.3 “ IOC/ISAF Olympic national flag gennaker may be used for racing except in World Championship events. “
