we are pleased to invite all of crews and the owners of all kinds of extreme boats (old and new boats, even those with hydrofolers) at the second edition of the International Skiffestival which will take place in Dongo, on the Como Lake (Italy) on the 20-21th September during the European 18ft Grand-Prix. We would like this event to become a reference model event on the European scene for the years to come. We therefore hope that you will be happy to spread the news to your Class Members, supporting and promoting our initiative.
The “Centro Formazione Velica Skiffsailing”, which will host the European Skiffestival, is the only sailing club in Italy entirely specialized on skiff dinghies.
Currently we are expecting boats from all over Europe: German, Swiss and UK crews have already sent us confirmation emails. Our press agency, together with the MUSTO PERFORMANCE’s own press agency (the event’s sponsor), have been working for a while to this day and articles have been published both on the Italian press and UK magazines. The Skiffestival will be a 2-day event with long-distance regattas, party and a live music concert on Saturday night.
